Slip into a sensual, judgment-free spa atmosphere where self-love and connection take priority. Enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, soak in the warmth of the Mermaid Lounge, and let the Valentine’s afterglow melt into pure relaxation.

Exhale the day and step into a safe, judgment-free space created to reconnect you with your body, breath, and a sense of ease. This intimate mini-retreat blends mindful movement, deep rest, and nurturing touch to leave you grounded and glowing.

• Naked Yoga – A gentle, body-positive flow celebrating freedom of movement & self-acceptance (all levels; modifications provided)
• Floating Meditation – Guided breathwork & sensory relaxation to invite calm and spaciousness
• Partner Massage – Simple techniques to soothe tension & support connection (bring a partner or pair up onsite if comfortable)
📍 Session times: 1PM & 4PM – Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in

💞 Who It’s For: Individuals and couples of all bodies, genders, and experience levels. Consent, comfort, and connection lead every practice.
